Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only if the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging with all seals intact
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened nutritional supplements or personal care products
Return Process
- Contact our customer service to request a return
- Clearly state your order number and the reason for return
- Await confirmation and return instructions from our team
- Package the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging
- Ship the return package to the address provided
Return Shipping Costs
Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs and return shipping costs
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible
- If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process
