Return Policy

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging with all seals intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened nutritional supplements or personal care products

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service to request a return
  • Clearly state your order number and the reason for return
  • Await confirmation and return instructions from our team
  • Package the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging
  • Ship the return package to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs and return shipping costs

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process
